Codify repeatable playbooks inside FlowPilot so every team can launch workflows without bespoke consulting.
Communicate insights to leadership with crisp narratives grounded in FlowPilot analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, revenue operations, or lifecycle program management for SaaS teams
- Fluency with activation, retention, and automation metrics that FlowPilot customers track daily
- Excellent storytelling across technical and go-to-market stakeholders
- Hands-on experience orchestrating workflows with modern automation stacks
- Ability to document processes and drive adoption inside complex organizations
- Comfort owning ambiguous initiatives in fast-moving startup environments
- Track record of shipping measurable improvements to customer-facing journeys
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with analytics, CRM, and collaboration tooling that plugs into FlowPilot
